These tender is being cancelled in line with the Preferential Procurement Regulation 13 which states that:
“An organ of state may, before the award of a tender, cancel a tender invitation if:
- Due to change circumstances, there is no longer a need for goods or services specified in the invitation;
- Funds are no longer available to cover the total envisage expenditure;
- No acceptable tender is received; or
- There is a material irregularity in the tender process”.
